Xtra Mile Records: Announce ‘High Club Vol.1′ Album

Xtra Mile High Club Vol.1 is a collection of re-worked songs from three songwriters based in Britain and USA.

Chris T-T offers re-workings from his recent album ‘Capital’ which came out in March. Exclusively for this release, Chris has stripped back ‘Old Men’ and the heartbreaking ‘A Box To Hide In’ with just an acoustic guitar showcasing his lyrical depth and significance. Together with the new piano-led version of ‘A-Z’ and ‘Ankles’, Chris’s voice is laid bare.

For this one-off compilation Sacramento based Jonah Matranga’s has uncovered singles ‘So Long’ and ‘Not About A Girl Or A Place and other album highlights ‘Every Mistake’ and ‘Definitely, Definitely, Definitely’.

Not unfamiliar to acoustic versions and gigs, Frank Turner brings a raw version of ‘Imperfect Tense’ and ‘Photosynthesis’ from his second album ‘Love Ire & Song’. The acoustic version of ‘The Real Damage’ is recorded live from Nottingham Social back in April.
