You Me At Six: Free Download Of ‘If You Can Run’ + Tour Dates

You Me At Six have made a track off of their upcoming debut album available for free. ‘If You Run’ can be downloaded from www.youmeatsix.co.uk.

Having recently released single ‘Gossip’, You Me At Six are now gearing up for the Kerrang! Awards (they’re nominated for Best British Band) and Reading and Leeds Festivals this week as well as looking forward to their debut album, which will be out early October through Slam Dunk Records.

Having just completed a 21-date, sold-out UK headline tour and performance at this year’s T In The Park, You Me At Six are also thrilled to announce the dates for their next UK headline tour, this October. The tour sees the band play the Astoria in London, which has been a dream of theirs since the band started. Lead singer Josh Franceschi states:

“Obviously we can’t wait to play the Astoria as it’s something we’ve wanted to do since we became a band. We are all petrified as to whether or not we’ll be able to fill the venue, but we’ve never done things the ‘normal’ way so we’ll just have to see!”

The band is also thrilled to offer their fans a low ticket price of £9.00 on all regional dates and £10.50 for the Astoria.

From Franceschi:
“Keeping the ticket price low was a huge thing for us. Would our fans think it was reasonable if our ticket prices went from being cheap to really expensive? No, probably not. We wanted to keep it low so people could afford to come see us play live. We’re not fussed about making loads of money, just enough for us to fund touring.”
