Smudge: UK Tour Announced + EP

Smudge, five school friends from Wigan, picked up guitars after meeting Blink 182 backstage at the MEN in Manchester. They formed a school band playing “terrible Blink covers, what else?” jokes guitarist Gary. After a while it got serious….

“We’re a group of friends who all fell in love with an art that we wanted to reach out to people with. We are all into different genres of music, be it old rock, dirty punk, electro, indie, dance, rap or what ever. And we bring all this together to make our own pop rock sound that’s fun, catchy and will knock your head off.”

Smudge have toured the length and breadth of the UK at countless gigs on their own or supporting bands like The Used, The Gallows and Aiden. It’s starting to pay off: they bagged a support slot at last year’s Taste Of Chaos. At their last homecoming gig in Wigan 500 people gathered to celebrate the band’s signing to The Animal Farm.

The StayFeelRegret – Tour will hit all the major cities over this summer and the band will carry special hand numbered copies of the EP at the gigs.
