It is with considerable reluctance that Stone Gods have just announced they will be postponing the first three dates of their UK tour, which was to begin tomorrow (Tuesday 10 June), due to an emergency health issue concerning drummer Ed Graham.
The shows affected are Liverpool (June 10th), Cardiff (June 11th) & Bristol (June 12th).
A statement from the band posted this afternoon on their website (www.stonegods.co.uk), reads:
“We are really sorry to have to do this, but Ed is just not able to play drums at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience that this might cause. As soon as we have the rescheduled dates we will post them via newsletter, myspace and website. Stay tuned for further info. Love SG”
The mighty rock foursome release their hugely-anticipated debut album ‘Silver Spoons And Broken Bones’ on July 7, preceded by single ‘Knight Of The Living Dead’ on June 23.
