Ed Stone Rockwear Announce Charity Rock Event - Beautiful Noise 08

Ed Stone Rockwear, is proud to announce its first charity rock event, Beautiful Noise ’08, at the Harlequin Theatre, Surrey, on Saturday 6 September. All profits raised from the show will be distributed between the NSPCC,, and CliveAid.

The line up includes some great bands: This is Menace, Malefice, Cry for Silence, Civillian, Nex, Open the Skies, and The Morning After.

Commenting on Beautiful Noise 08, Paul Barker, Co-Owner of Ed Stone Rockwear, said: “This is not only just a concert, but a day full of entertainment. We have some top bands playing and have been fortunate to secure the services of Mike Gitter, A&R Director of Roadrunner Records in the US, who will be giving a talk along with a Q & A session for all budding rock artists… it’s time to start giving something back.”

Other things happening on the day include a fashion show, drum and guitar clinics, Scuzz TV Air Guitar Competition and “Stories from the Road” featuring Martin Walkyier (Sabbat) Dave Lights (Original Iron Maiden roadie) and Pete Way (UFO) plus more to be added.

Katie Bland, corporate fund raising manager for the NSPCC, said: “We’re really pleased that Ed Stone has chosen us as one of its charities. The Beautiful Noise event is a fantastic idea and a great way for people to enjoy them selves whilst helping to raise money to help end cruelty to children.”
