British heavy-weight newbies Stone Gods (made up of 3/4 of The Darkness!) have just announced they’ll be playing at this years Download Festival at Donington Park on Friday 13 June and the Isle of Wight Festival the next day on Saturday 14th June!!!
These festival appearances nestle in the midst of the bands full-length UK tour taking place throughout June, in support of the release of their debut album on July 7.
The guys have also just announced the title to their hugely-anticipated debut opus….it is to be called ‘Silver Spoons and Broken Bones’.
Having just supported Velvet Revolver on a number of their UK dates and their debut release, EP ‘Burn The Witch’, selling out in stores within hours of going on sale and hitting the UK Rock Chart at number 2.
